Really good Wedding Night Celebration
seamless check-in really good treatment fine views luxurious touch
The hotel made our Wedding night perfect! Checking in and out was seamless. The staff provided really good treatment and special attention to all details. Our room featured beautiful décor and fine views, offering a nice experience. The spa facilities also added a luxurious touch to our stay.
The air conditioning in the room took a considerable amount of time to lower the temperature to a comfortable 20 degrees. It was a minor inconvenience.

Breakfast included a wide selection of smoothies, pancakes, and a full fry. All were reasonably priced for the quality and quantity offered. The breakfast menu was extensive, and everything was fresh and flavorful, starting the day off wonderfully.

The staff were great, ensuring every need was met promptly and efficiently. Staff members were attentive and professional. The staff's warm and friendly demeanour really enhanced my overall experience at the hotel.

amazing stay with great service
modern hotel friendly staff tranquil atmosphere quality food
This modern, well-styled hotel impressed me. the staff were really good. They upgraded me to a corner suite with a fine dock view, which i loved. i enjoyed the tranquil spa. The large jacuzzi and infinity pool helped me relax and disconnect. the breakfast was fantastic too. I was very impressed with the a la carte and buffet food quality.
the lift floor indicator wasn't working , made me look for other small issues.

was really nice
staff assistance great view convenient location
the staff were great too assist me. i received an upgrade to a room with a great view upon check-in, very thoughtful. there was also a cake in the room for my birthday which was a nice surprise. the location was convenient as the bord gáis theatre was just across the road.
the mattress in my room felt worn. it was uncomfortable due to noticeable dips. i think it is time for replacement.

immaculate room clean room spa experience easy access smaller room room view long elevator wait
the rooms were immaculate and clean. the spa experience proved relaxing. the hotel's location allowed easy access to many areas.
the room was smaller than what i had anticipated. i requested a specific room view, but it was not honored upon arrival. the elevator wait times were quite long, i found.

helpful staff polite staff long time main lobby
The staff was very helpful and polite of several nights. They rectified any issues with my room straight away. The manager and his staff were on duty. I was impressed!!!
The elevator took a long time, ridiculous for a five-star hotel. There was only one elevator working in the main lobby. This was frustrating.
